Hi Alex, I realise you're long gone from Cartagena now, but we are just planning to ship back from Cartagena to Europe as well and were wondering who you used in Cartagena to arrange it? Was it Enlace Caribe? We're looking around for other options to try as well. Any tips for getting through the process at the Europe end? We've heard some horror stories of people getting stuck in customs because paperwork was not completed correctly before leaving Cartagena - admittedly this was when shipping to the US, not Europe, but we are keen to pick up any tips and advice!
