Latest Update: Summary – A Tropical Storm is forecast to bring hazardous sea and weather conditions to parts of Cuba on 28 and 29 October, particularly Isla de Juventud, Havana and the provinces of Matanzas, Cienfuegos and Villa Clara. The Government has issued an Alert warning. You should follow advice of local authorities and hotels, guest houses and resorts (who will be instructed by local authorities).
