Latest update: Summary - Tropical Storm Nate is forecast to bring hazardous sea and weather conditions to the states of Quintana Roo and Yucatan, including the resort of Cancun, in eastern Mexico from Friday 6 October 2017. The local authorities recommend that all residents and tourists in the affected area remain indoors from 16:00 in Cozumel, from 18:00 in Playa del Carmen and from 20:00 in Cancun and surrounding areas.
