Violent demonstrations continue in the capital Skopje. You should avoid all political rallies, demonstrations and large crowds as they may turn violent. Monitor local media for developments and follow the instructions of local authorities. The level of the advice has not changed. We continue to advise Australians to exercise normal safety precautions in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
