Latest update: Summary – Tropical Storm Harvey continues to affect parts of the southern USA from Texas to Louisiana. Houston airports have resumed limited domestic passenger service, with a full service expected to resume over the weekend of 2/3 September. You should check with your airline before travelling. A curfew is in place in Houston between midnight and 5am until further notice while rescue and rehabilitation efforts continue.
