Latest update: An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.9 occurred off the coast of north Alaska at 12:35 AM (local time) on 23 January 2018. The Tsunami warnings which were issued for British Columbia, south and south east Alaska, the Alaskan peninsula and the Aleutian Islands have now been lifted.
