Latest update: Summary - the Vanuatu Meteorology Department issued a tropical cyclone warning on 4 May 2017 for the whole of Vanuatu; tropical cyclone Donna is due to affect the provinces of Torba, Penama, Sanma and Malamba with damaging and destructive gale force winds from 4 May 2017 onwards; hazardous sea and weather conditions could lead to flooding, especially in low lying areas, and landslides throughout the whole of Vanuatu; you should monitor the progress of this tropical cyclone and follow the advice of the local authorities
